Comfort comes with a twist

The room was impeccably clean and had a beautiful style that made my stay feel luxurious. It was also conveniently close to the main street and public transport.

However, the noise from guests in the corridors was disruptive at all hours. I barely slept for two nights due to loud voices and banging doors.

Cleanliness could be a focus point for improvement!!! Considering the price, it's surprising there are no basic amenities like soap at the hand basin!!!
