The room was spotless and fashionable with shared bathroom and I really enjoyed welcoming staff. Had great location close to everything. Easily reached Tum Zaap, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

While the room was clean and offered a comfortable bed, the shared bathroom situation was frustrating, especially at night. the kind staff and nearby parks for leisurely strolls made our experience enjoyable, despite some drawbacks.

The bed was comfortable, and the showers had great water pressure. It was super convenient to be near public transport, and I loved the decor throughout the hotel. Review: Wonderful location, just moments from shopping and public transport. Enjoyed the spacious room with modern decor and cleanliness. The friendly staff were accommodating to my every request, making the experience pleasant. It'd be great to have better sound insulation and towels in the ensuite, though. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-03-10}

I got great value for my money with a lovely, clean room and a convenient access to laundry and kitchen facilities. The staff was friendly and cute, and I loved how close it was to a variety of restaurants and the beach.
The breakfast offerings could use more variety and options.

During my recent business trip, my director selected the Alison, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. The location was perfect—just a short walk from Randwick shops and the light rail, making it convenient for travel into the city. The hotel offered various recreational opportunities, which was a pleasant surprise. I particularly appreciated how clean my room was upon arrival; the fresh towels and linens made me feel right at home.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

The handy location near shops and landmarks was a plus, but I was disappointed by the shared bathroom setup and noise levels at night. the staff's excellent service and clean, comfortable room provided a much-needed refuge. The relaxation areas and local attractions, like Clovelly Beach, made for nice moments with my family, enhancing our overall experience.

the location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and public transport. my room, though a bit cozy, was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I found the bed to be quite comfortable, and the friendly staff were always available to assist. they went above and beyond by providing fresh towels and cleaning whenever I asked, which added to my positive experience.
Room was small 😟, but okay for one night.

Comfort comes with a twist
The room was impeccably clean and had a beautiful style. It was also conveniently close to the main street and public transport.
The noise from guests in the corridors was disruptive at all hours. I barely slept for two nights due to loud voices and banging doors.
